~STAGING SERVICES~
Having your house staged appropriately can mean the difference of the time in which you sell, the amount you make, and the ease when it’s time to move out of your property. There are several staging services we offer that vary in the capacity of how your time with us is spent to get your property ready to go on the market!
~Occupied Consultation~
This term refers to a client using their own furnishings to showcase their space. All Occupied Consultations cost $250 (*$180 for Realtors-ask us for details!) and includes up to 2 hours of consultation. There are 3 options for this time and how it is spent.
*Realtors that use our services receive Gift Certificates for their Clients towards free Design Time once in their new space!
~Options~
-Option 1-
A full written report is provided after walking through the space with you and determines what needs to be done in order to be ready for showings and we leave you to do the footwork.
-Option 2-
After a walk-through of the space, we work side-by-side with you to complete the staging process. (After the two hours of paid-consultation are up, the standard hourly c0-staging rate applies of $50/hour.)
-Option 3-
After completing a walk-through of the space, you leave the work to our team and we stage the space for you. (After the two hours of paid-consultation are up, the standard hourly staging rate applies of $75/hour.)
~Staging with Our Furniture~
Empty property, no problem! Filling a space with furniture and decor can also help to increase your potential for buyers, as it helps them to visualize themselves occupying that space. Please contact us directly for quotes on renting furniture and decor as prices may vary depending on your specific situation and time period needed.
